Website access and contact form
Due to technical necessity and in order to allow for a secure operation of our website (legitimate interest), we temporarily store web access data, e.g. IP addresses, meta data like time and browser details, when you visit the website or write a message using the contact form. We store the content of the message and the additional information you entered as long as needed to follow the request or as long as agreed on.
Web analytics services
We use the service Hotjar to analyze the user behavior on the website. For this reason, web access data is processed by Hotjar and stored for 30 days. The identification of a user by the information in Hotjar is not possible for us as a controller. Cookies
If you make use of a function on our website and consent to store your setting, a cookie with that information can be set on your computer, which expires one year after creation. Other than that, our website does not create cookies.
Use of services
We make use of the service Polyfill.io in order to provide a reliable website across different browsers. When you visit our website, web access data is sent to Polyfill and only used to reply to the request. 3. Purpose of data processing and data retention
We process personal data that you have sent us as part of a job application to conduct the application process.
If you have consented to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes, we may process your data for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the previous processing up to the withdrawal.
In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, we do not store personal data longer than we need for the purposes of the respective processing. If the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted, unless its temporary storage is still necessary.
